Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Rebecca Williams. I have held the position of Registered Manager since 2018. I enjoy all aspects of my job and the fulfilment it brings. I have worked in the care industry for over 25 years which has been very rewarding.

When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, attending to my animals and enjoying the Cornish outdoors. I look forward to continuing my career and building on relationships within the health sector.

Hi, I’m Luke Siolo-Millar. I have held the position of Deputy Manager since 2018. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy my job, the staff I work with and Camplehayes extended family which are our residents. I am now in my 14th year in the care industry which has been very rewarding mentally to myself and I get great passion from mentoring and teaching other staff so they can achieve the same rewards.

I have a great family life which is also rewarding and relaxing especially watching my beautiful son growing up. I am very much looking forward to the next 5 years at Camplehaye and the achievements I can further gain.

Hi, My name is Alison Hardy and I am the Care Coordinator here at Camplehaye. I started in 2021 when I returned to Cornwall after 30+ years away working in the hospitality industry so this was my first job in the Care industry. Needless to say that I really enjoy my job and have progressed to Care Coordinator. My role in the home is to assist the Management team and ensure that all residents are happy and well cared for and all mediations are ordered correctly for them and contact is made with the Doctor as and when required.

I enjoy not just working with the residents but also building a good rapport with the family members and keeping in contact with them during their family member's time with us.

Outside of work I enjoy long walks along the beach with my 2 Patter jacks and travelling back to Bath to visit my children.

Hi, my name is Julie Baker and I have worked at Camplehaye since 2009 in the admin department sorting out all things financial from staff wages to resident's shampoo.

I enjoy interacting with the residents and when not at work I love walking on Dartmoor with my dog named Bear or baking with my two daughters.
