Catering at Camplehaye

We pride ourselves in the high standard of cuisine that we offer our residents. All our meals are home cooked in our own kitchens by our chefs and where possible we use fresh local produce. (If possible we use our own produce that the gardeners and residents have grown in the poly-tunnel.) Our menus offer plenty of choice and are designed to provide a nutritious and well balanced diet.

Afternoon Tea is a speciality at Camplehaye where the chefs create wonderful home-baked cakes which all our residents thoroughly enjoy.

Service User Guide
Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or within the resident’s own rooms. All special diets are catered for.

Sample Menu:
 Regular activities at Avens Care Homes
BREAKFAST
Porridge, choice of cereal, full English breakfast, toast and preserves, juice, tea or coffee.

LUNCH
Spanish chicken or a roast – served with potatoes and a choice of fresh vegetables OR A choice of various salads or omelettes
A selection of desserts from the sweet trolley such as Sticky Toffee Pudding, Fruit Crumble, Banoffee Pie or Trifle
Tea or Coffee (wine is available if so wished)

AFTERNOON TEA
A selection of freshly home-baked cakes

SUPPER
A choice of homemade quiche, sausage rolls, soup, andwiches or salads
